Privacy Policy

K_noted ("the app") is a personal calendar and note-taking app. I designed it to keep your data private. This policy explains what happens with your information.

Data I collect

I (the developer) do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data. The app has no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising.

Where your data lives

• On your device. Your plans, notes and settings are stored locally on your device.
• In your own iCloud (optional). If iCloud Backup is enabled (you can turn it off in the app's Settings), your plans and notes are synced to your own private iCloud account via Apple's iCloud/CloudKit. Only you can access this data; the developer cannot.

Location

The app does not request or read your device location automatically. You choose a city manually. To show weather for that city, its coordinates are sent to Apple WeatherKit. Weather data is provided by Apple; see Apple's terms for details.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No notification data is sent to me.

Purchases

Any purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not receive or store your payment information.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
